The Professional Development Center is located in the AFCEA International Headquarters building at: 4400 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, VA 22033-3899 AFCEA Headquarters, where most PDC courses are conducted, is between Washington, D.C. and Dulles Airport just north of the intersection of Interstate 66 and the Fairfax County Parkway, county road 7100. The most convenient airport to AFCEA Headquarters is Dulles International Airport. Directions from major airports: From Dulles International Airport From Reagan International Airport Accommodations: Local Hotels with special AFCEA rates Course attendees utilizing the Metro can take advantage of the Fair Lakes Shuttle.
