Applications are requested from qualified sophomore and junior undergraduate students and eligible graduate students enrolled full time in an eligible degree-granting program. 

Applicants must be currently enrolled at the time of application and attending a four-year accredited college or university in the United States. 

Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.

Candidates must be majoring in a field directly related to the support of U.S. intelligence or homeland security enterprises with relevance to the mission of AFCEA such as global security and intelligence studies or foreign languages.

Primary factors considered in the selection process are demonstrated academic excellence, leadership and financial need.  

PLEASE NOTE: At least two letters of recommendation printed on school stationery with signature will be required from field-of-study professors. Address to:

An official transcript reflecting all college-level study will also be required by the deadline date. These items can be sent separately but must arrive by the deadline date.
