U.S. Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) will be hosting a booth on the exhibit floor to allow the opportunity for all participants to engage with senior Joint Forces Command leadership, understand how to do business with JFCOM, learn about ongoing JFCOM employment opportunities and learn more about the two foundational documents of the Joint Warfighting Conference: the Joint Operating Environment (JOE) and the Capstone Concept for Joint Operations (CCJO). JFCOM will have a series of presentations on these topics.

Joint Training; manage programs that train combat personnel and organizations from all services for joint operations.  Additionally, the directorate assists with real-world contingency planning and ensures U.S.-based forces are prepared for multi-service/ multinational operations.

Joint Irregular Warfare Center (JIWC); proactively coordinate, prioritize, provide subject matter expertise and partner on all irregular warfare (IW) matters.  USJFCOM’s goal is to ensure the Department of Defense (DoD) is as effective in IW as it is in conventional warfare.

Capability Development; serves as lead joint integrator for all of DoD's uniformed components and oversees the Joint Command and Control Capability Portfolio Management program.  J8 works with the Combatant Commanders, Joint Staff, Services, and other federal departments and agencies to combine all of the military's capabilities into a single focused effort, connecting current capabilities to future concepts.

Joint Concept Development & Experimentation; oversees the command's concept development and experimentation on capabilities and concepts required for the next decade and prototyping of capabilities for the joint warfighter.  J9 integrates experimentation efforts of all the services and unified commands. It is America's military transformation laboratory.
