The one-on-one career consultations are an opportunity to briefly discuss what the next options are for your personal and professional development.  The CP-34 Director will review your resume prior to LWN and give some pointers on what may be good opportunities for your career growth and development.  This is a chance to see yourself through a new perspective and take the next step of embarking on a college or university program, IRM College Certificate Program, leadership development program, or participating in a work-based developmental assignment at another Army organization.  Priority will be given to YA/YC-02 (GS-11-13) and persons who are in career transition because of new competency requirements, shifts in interests and skills, or mobility conditions (OCONUS to CONUS, etc).  Come discover some new directions for your career and the possible opportunities CP-34 programs could offer you. All persons receiving consults are expected to attend the track session “Developing an IT Enterprise Workforce” on Thursday 20 August from 0830-0945.
